Balloons
* We use the BEST quality balloons available...Qualatex!
* Balloons vary in color (pearl, metallic and standard) as well as size, shape, and price.
* Helium balloons are treated with an additive to seal the inside of the balloon - it significantly extends the "life" of the balloon.
* We often use special balloons like hearts, geo blossoms, and foils/mylars and more.
Deposits
One half the cost is required at least three weeks prior to the event with the balance due before or at the event.
Payments by credit card can only be completed online at this website.
New Mexico sales tax is extra.
$150 minimum.
Significant late fees and penalties are assessed for payments after the date of the event.
Delivery
Delivery in Albuquerque is included, however, delivery is extra for areas north and west of Cottonwood (including Ventana Ranch, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Tijeras, Isleta, Bernalillo, Edgewood, Estancia, Moriarity, Santa Fe etc.). Travel outside of Albuquerque is charged at $1 per mile both ways.
TAKING DOWN DECORATIONS
When "taking down" balloon decorations PLEASE DO NOT release the balloons OUTSIDE. Helium filled balloons may be taken home by someone and properly discarded later. Otherwise...PLEASE pop the balloons and discard the broken balloons. Balloon pieces can be ingested by people/animals/birds and can be very dangerous-even deadly. Thank you for your kind assistance.
Warnings: Balloons are not toys and are not recommended for children under the age of four (4) without adult supervision. Latex balloons including small pieces are choking hazards for children. Keep all mylar balloons and mylar ribbons away from power lines.
Breathing in helium (or any other gas) from a pressurized tank, is VERY dangerous. Inhaling pressurized gas creates the possibility of rupturing a lung or creating an air embolism (gas bubbles in the blood that can cause seizures). Breathing in helium even from a balloon, may also be very dangerous and may cause seizures.
LATEX BALLOON WARNING-CHOKING HAZARD. Please Avoid Choking Accidents: Adult Supervision is required! Even one accidental death is unacceptable. The balloon industry emphatically agrees and every retailer, distributor, and manufacturer is committed to helping create widespread public awareness among consumers in an effort to eliminate these needless tragic events. ABC Balloon Decorating is not responsible or liable for any harm caused by balloons. Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloon. Keep un-inflated balloons from children. PLEASE discard broken balloons and balloon pieces immediately.
